There are three different processes I use to make headbadges:
➧ Etched in German silver or copper
➧ Cast in brass
➧ Cut by the edges in aluminum, German silver, brass, or copper

📐 DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
To get started, I’ll need a design from you. The more finished and clean your design is, the faster and more affordable the process will be:

Vector formats are ideal: .svg / .ai / .pdf / .dxf

Image formats also work: .jpg / .png, but make sure the design is clear and well-defined

Avoid very detailed or photo-based designs — simple shapes = deeper and cleaner engraving
🔸 Maximum size:

60mm height OR 40mm width (do not exceed this)

Best shape: vertical rectangle (since head tubes are vertically shaped)
Tip: Print your design at actual size to check how it looks!
